Environmental considerations in our daily operations

At Vester Kopi, environmental considerations are reflected in several aspects of our daily production. These include our energy consumption, choice of materials, waste management and transportation.

As a digital printing company, we benefit from a flexible production process with several practical advantages. Unlike traditional offset printing, digital printing does not require the production of printing plates. The technology allows us to produce smaller print runs and print on demand. This gives our customers the flexibility to order the quantities they actually need and can help avoid unnecessary surplus printed materials.

In addition, we have introduced a number of practices and measures throughout our daily operations. We:

• purchase electricity based on renewable energy sources

• use eco-labelled paper wherever possible

• sort production waste for recycling

• offer bicycle courier delivery where available

• pay attention to material choices and resource consumption in our production

We are also happy to advise our customers on paper choices, formats and print quantities. Together, we can find a printing solution that meets the requirements of each project and the quantities actually needed.
